*WINTER CUP QUALIFIERS: PLEASE E-MAIL WCIGYMNASTICS@GMAIL.COM TO REGISTER ANY ELITE GYMNASTS ATTEMPTING TO QUALIFY FOR WINTER CUP.
Please send in a roster hardcopy and gymnast t-shirt sizes along with your payment

Individual Entry Fee: $150.00
Team Entry Fee: $60.00

DEADLINES:
PAYMENT DEADLINE: November 15, 2024
*$5.00 per gymnast late fee if postmarked after 11/22/24
SCRATCH DEADLINE: December 1, 2024
*No refunds on or after 12/2/24
LEVEL CHANGE DEADLINE: December 16, 2024
*Level changes by e-mail request only after the 12/16/24 deadline (space permitting)

Please include the following on your mailed roster:
Gymnast USAG #s
Gymnast level (and division for men’s Level 3-6)
Gymnast t-shirt sizes
Coach’s Names & USAG #s
All competitors are required to have valid USAG #s prior to competition.
All coaches must have a current USAG membership and Safety Certification.
Each participating gymnast will receive a free meet t-shirt as well as free entry into the Men’s & Women’s NCAA competition. Be sure to include gymnast t-shirt sizes with your mailed roster!
